Position Overview
Opti Mind & Soul Counseling P.C. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote outpatient team. This full-time position allows you to deliver impactful mental health services while enjoying the flexibility of a remote work environment. You will play a crucial role in providing therapeutic support and interventions to clients facing various mental health challenges.

Work Environment
This position is fully remote, allowing you to fulfill your role from the comfort of your own home, with the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse team of mental health professionals. The hospice-centric focus of our clinic provides unique challenges and rewards as you support individuals in navigating difficult emotional journeys. Flexibility is essential;
your schedule may include evening or weekend hours to accommodate the needs of clients.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.
Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care.
Develop and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to clients’ unique needs, including specific therapeutic goals and interventions.
Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless, coordinated care for each client.
Offer crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans as necessary for clients facing acute challenges.
Maintain compliance with legal and ethical standards by documenting client interactions and treatment progress accurately and timely.
Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, fostering community support among clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus
You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our patient population often presents with various mental health issues, requiring a thoughtful, individualized approach to care. Your efforts will contribute significantly to helping clients build resilience, navigate their circumstances, and achieve greater emotional well-being.
Qualifications
A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
Current, active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting.
Strong understanding and application of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with the treatment team.
Preferred Experience
Experience in providing therapy in a hospice or end-of-life care context.
Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy techniques.
Compensation and Benefits
