Job description
Columbia Mental Health in Washington, DC seeks a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy for diverse adults and adolescents. In this role, you will complete biopsychosocial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver trauma‑informed and culturally responsive care, and coordinate with psychiatrists and other providers. You will maintain timely documentation in the EHR, participate in case conferences, and contribute to program development.
