Job description
Valley Vista in Vermont seeks a qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide outpatient medical services within our substance use disorder treatment program. You will evaluate, treat, and manage MAT/MOUD, coordinating care with nursing, counseling, admissions, and recovery support teams.
The role supports inpatient and residential services as needed and may include medical on-call coverage.
