Job description
Valley Vista in Vermont seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide outpatient medical services within its substance use disorder treatment program, including MAT, admissions evaluations, and ongoing care. The role spans outpatient, with potential inpatient/residential support and on-call coverage.
