Job description
Mindful Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care in outpatient settings, including PHP and IOP programs across Texas. You will assess patients, draw and report labs, develop treatment plans, and support nursing education groups while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
