Job description
Hartford HealthCare Windham is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for 100% outpatient adult primary care in Windham, CT. You will build your own patient panel in a patient-centered environment with strong support for integration into the team.
You will practice under established guidelines with supervision as needed, focusing on comprehensive physical examinations, treatment plans, and coordinated care to improve patient outcomes.
