Job description
JM Chandler Dream Builders in California is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Medical Director to join the team. The role focuses on outpatient care, board certification or eligibility, and 3+ years of clinical leadership experience.
Schedule is Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with 36 hours of clinical work and 4 hours for admin. Two weeks of on-call per year by phone only; CA licensure required (NP or PA-C).
