Job description
Advanced Physical Therapy in Guilford, CT is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one, evidence-based care in an outpatient setting. You will evaluate and treat orthopedic, sports, and post-surgical patients using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training. Responsibilities include developing and progressing individualized treatment plans, documenting in EMR, collaborating with a supportive clinical team, and educating patients to restore function and reduce pain.
