Job description
As an Outpatient Physical Therapist, you evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of musculoskeletal and movement disorders in a one-to-one clinic setting. You create and adjust evidence-based care plans, deliver hands-on interventions, and educate patients and caregivers on exercises and self-management. You document care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and contribute to quality improvement and program development in a supportive environment.
