Job description
Methodist Health System is seeking an Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our compassionate, high-performing team in our hospital-based clinics. In this role, you will independently evaluate and treat adults with a wide range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, designing evidence-based, individualized treatment plans to restore function and reduce pain. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals, while educating patients and families on recovery and prevention strategies. The ideal candidate demonstrates clinical excellence, strong manual therapy skills, effective communication, and a commitment to integrity, compassion, and accountability. Responsibilities include thorough documentation in the EMR, active participation in quality improvement, and contributing to a collaborative, inclusive work environment.
