Job description
Evaluate patients, develop individualized plans of care, and provide one-to-one, evidence-based treatment to improve mobility and function. Deliver hands-on care, patient and family education, and home exercise instruction while monitoring outcomes and adjusting plans. Collaborate with referring providers, document care accurately, and uphold professional and regulatory standards in an outpatient clinic.
