Job description
Hartford HealthCare Rehabilitation Network is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide outpatient orthopedics care, using functional exercise, manual therapy, and modalities to restore function. You will evaluate patients, establish goals, educate patients and families, coordinate discharge planning, and collaborate with nurses, physicians and therapists across our Connecticut locations.
CT license required or active CT temporary license at hire; new graduates welcomed.
