St. Joseph's Health Medical Group is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient orthopedic team in Fayetteville, NY.

The role focuses on post-operative follow-up visits and walk-in orthopedic care, in a collaborative setting with strong physician mentorship. Responsibilities include evaluations, follow-up visits, treatment planning, patient education, and ordering/interpreting diagnostics in a fast-paced outpatient environment with Monday–Friday schedule
