Job description
Sheltering Arms Institute is seeking an OT Clinical Leader - Outpatient to oversee outpatient occupational therapy services at Bon Air and Short Pump campuses. The role includes clinical leadership, supervision of staff, and program development while delivering patient‑centered care for ages 13 and up.
The position requires an OT degree, Virginia licensure or eligibility, CPR certification, and a strong background in outpatient therapy; board certification is preferred.
