Pediatric Occupational Therapist - Outpatient Clinic Travel Job in Rockford, Illinois
Pediatric Occupational Therapist needed in Rockford, Illinois 61104 for a rewarding outpatient travel assignment. Location: Rockford, Illinois 61104
Start Date: October 19, 2026
End Date: January 16, 2027
Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; negotiable
Shift Duration: 8-hour day shifts
Hours: 40 hours per week guaranteed
Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,100 - $2,260
Employment Type: Travel Occupational Therapy job
Time Off: No weekends or holidays
Job Requirements Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Active Illinois Occupational Therapist license
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Experience with pediatric patients from birth to 13 years old
Background in sensory integration, autism spectrum support, and developmental delays required
Responsibilities Provide outpatient pediatric occupational therapy services to children and families
Evaluate functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
Support sensory processing, developmental, fine motor, and gross motor goals
Deliver age-appropriate therapy interventions across a broad pediatric age range
Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary care teams
Maintain a compassionate, patient-centered approach in a busy pediatric clinic
