Job description
The Outpatient Staff Registered Nurse (RN) is based in the Tomah VA Medical Center's Community-Based Outreach Clinic (CBOC) in Wausau, providing evidence-based outpatient care on the PACT team and supervising licensed staff as appropriate.
Responsibilities include coordinating care, patient education, self-management, and ensuring high patient satisfaction, while leading nursing education, orientation, competencies and quality improvement efforts with the interdisciplinary team.
