Job description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant to join a collaborative, mission-driven Palliative Care team in the beautiful Village of Pinehurst, North Carolina. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working within one of the premier healthcare systems in the Southeast.
Position Highlights
Provide outpatient palliative care services to patients in their homes and care facilities throughout Moore County
Collaborate with a supportive, interdisciplinary team of 7 Palliative Care APPs and 2 dedicated social workers
Weekday schedule with protected administrative time
Call rotation: 1:4 weeks with Hospice
Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + quarterly productivity incentives

Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
NCCPA Certification
Minimum of 2 years of advanced practice experience
Ability to function autonomously in a variety of care settings
Strong communication skills with the ability to navigate sensitive patient and family discussions
