Job description
Enterprise Medical Recruiting is partnering with a highly respected, community health center in Kern County, California that offers medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, and preventive services. They are adding a full-time BC/BE Pediatrician to their office in Shafter, California .
Highlights
Joining an integrated care team with excellent support, including MAs, nursing staff, and on-site manager
Outpatient-only primary care setting with minimal telephone call
Monday through Friday schedule, NO weekends!
EMR with Dragon Ambient Experience (DAX) AI clinical documentation
Compensation and Benefits
Salary range is $230,000 to $280,000+ (based on experience)
$50,000 Sign-on bonusplus an excellent yearly retention bonus
Rural location assignment stipendand relocation reimbursement
