Outpatient Pediatrics

AMN Healthcare invites you to explore a pediatrics opportunity with a well-established, federally qualified health center delivering whole-person care across Missouri and Kansas. This role offers the ability to make a meaningful difference while practicing in a collaborative, team-based environment designed to support efficiency and physician satisfaction.
\ NYou will work within a patient-centered medical home supported by integrated behavioral health, dental, and specialty services. With manageable patient volumes, dedicated administrative time, and modern tools like Epic electronic medical record, this position allows you to focus on delivering high-quality care while maintaining work-life balance.

\ N Employed pediatrics position with structured 5-day, 40-hour schedule
\ N Manageable daily volume (16–20 patients) with built-in scheduling buffers
\ N Dedicated 2:1 clinical support staff model (medical assistants and nursing support)

\ N Utilize Epic electronic medical record for streamlined workflows
