nnnUp to $10,000 Sign On Bonus

nnLocation: Sports Med and Rehab 400 CELEBRATION PL CELEBRATION, FL 34747

nnSchedule: Option for 5 day 8 hours shift or four day ten Hour shift Candidates preference

n

nnThe anticipated minimum pay rate for this position is $35/hour and up

n

nnDetermines physical therapy diagnosis and establishes a plan of care, making recommendations for referral if treatment is needed outside the scope of physical therapist practice.

n

nnDesigns and implements treatment plan of care utilizing practice standards, recommended techniques, modalities, insurance guidelines, and patient needs.

n

nnAssesses patient ability to safely and effectively perform functional mobility skills and evaluates muscle, nerve, joint, and integumentary systems.

n

nnSupports consumer marketing and public awareness through participation in community events, educational lectures/speaking, and/or other extension of clinical expertise to the community.

n

nnOversees the care provided by physical therapist assistants and rehabilitation therapy aides, according to established regulations and practice standards. Participates in practice changes as a result of performance improvement activities and supports quality standards and initiatives set by the department.

n

nnDocuments and charges accurately, completely, and timely using measurable and objective terminology following standards of practice, insurance guidelines and department/hospital policy and procedures. Participates in marketing to physicians and physician practices to build referral relationships. Performs evaluations and re-evaluations using recommended techniques and standards.

n

nnMonitors patient response and progress to treatment, modifying the treatment plan as appropriate. Other duties as assigned.

nnDoctorate (Preferred)

n nField of Study:

nnnin Physical Therapy

nnExperience with Pelvic Floor Patients (Preferred)

n nAdditional Information:

nn• Education requirements for this position are determined by the licensing or certification standards set forth by the relevant certifying body. Applicants must possess the level of education mandated for eligibility to obtain and maintain the required license or certification.
