Job description
Advocate Health in Wisconsin seeks a full-time Float Pharmacist at Aurora Pharmacy to oversee pharmaceutical care, design medication therapy regimens, and provide patient education. The role involves 40 hours per week with shifts between 7:30 AM and 9 PM on weekdays and every other weekend, plus annual holiday rotation, and participation in a comprehensive benefits program.
