Pharmacist

Position Type: Per Diem (position has no committed hours and is not benefit eligible)

Shift: Day
Primary Shift: Variable
Weekend Needs: As Scheduled
Salary Range: Min $63.84 Mid $79.16 Max $94.48

General Summary: Each staff pharmacist is responsible for the preparation and dispensing of medications and pharmaceutical supplies for patients of the CVPH outpatient pharmacy.
Qualifications:
Education/Skills Required:
BS Pharmacy & Registered Pharmacist (NYS) required.
Retail Pharmacy experience required.
Computer knowledge preferred.
As applicable, the individual has training/competency in attending to the special needs and/or behaviors appropriate to the age of the patients for which care is being provided.
This is a bargaining union position.
