Position Overview
As a Physical Therapist (Outpatient PT) , you will evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, developing individualized care plans to improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Perform patient evaluations and develop treatment plans
Provide hands-on, evidence-based physical therapy treatments
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as neededn
Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programsn
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with a supportive team of therapists and staffn
Qualifications
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
Strong clinical and communication skillsn
Interest in outpatient orthopedics and patient-centered care
New graduates encouraged to apply – mentorship available
Experience in outpatient setting is a plusn
