Job description
Lexington Medical Center, part of Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist, seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support outpatient rehabilitation and community wellness. Under the direction of a licensed physical therapist, you will carry out treatment plans, guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities, monitor progress, document care, and educate patients and caregivers. Collaborate with clinicians to provide safe, high-quality, patient-first care in a modern setting.
