Job description

Join the Greater South Shore's Leading Teaching Practice for Physical Therapy

If you're a PT who wants to actually practice, not chase productivity numbers, Peak Physical Therapy and Sports Performance was built for you. Peak is a Highbar Practice, built around clinical autonomy, real mentorship, and a career that doesn't require burning out to succeed. The kind of practice where you get to practice at the top of your license (PATTOTL)! Here's what sets this role apart:

Patient volume: Under 12 patients per day

Student loans: We pay them down until they're gone

Professional development: $15,000+ invested in your first 18-24 months

Visit structure: 1:1 patient care

Documentation: AI-supported + Prompt EMR to cut down on after-hours charting

Schedules: Predictable and thoughtfully built

Autonomy: You decide the plan of care - PT-led clinical decisions

Support staff: Exercise Specialists on the floor, so you can focus on being a clinician

Leadership: Direct access to PT leaders who have been in your shoes

We believe clarity builds trust. If something starts to creep toward burnout, leadership intervenes early. That's part of the job design, not an afterthought.

Mentorship & Professional Development

Peak is a teaching practice by design. Professional development is part of your workweek- not something you squeeze in to meet your CEU requirements:

2 paid mentorship hours/week for your first 12 weeks

Structured onboarding with a Clinic Director + Peer Mentor

Monthly Skillz meetings (onsite CE, every month)

Core-4 Series to align clinical decision-making and PATTOTL principles

In-house Orthopedic Residency , Dry Needling (Level I & II) , and COMT pathways

Specialty SIGs (Pelvic Health, Sports, Neuro, Vestibular, Pediatrics, and more)

About Peak

Peak Physical Therapy and Sports Performance serves the Greater South Shore, offering expert physical therapy and sports performance care. A Highbar Practice, Peak brings the teaching practice to its community, pairing hands‑on clinical excellence with deep investment in clinician development

You’ll Thrive at Peak if You Value:

Practicing as a clinician, not a productivity unit

Autonomy paired with real support

Clear expectations around workload and growth

Leadership with clinical backgrounds

Feedback that is welcomed and acted on

What You’ll Need:

Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program

Active PT license (or eligibility to obtain one)

A desire to grow clinically, contribute to a team, and practice thoughtfully

Physical Therapy Clinic Locations & Specialties

Peak Physical Therapy operates 11 clinics across the South Shore including Kingston, East Bridgewater, Braintree, Cohasset, Duxbury, Hanover, Milton, Norwell, Scituate, Quincy, and Pembroke. If you're early in your career or looking for a healthier long-term home, we encourage you to explore Peak and take the time you need to make sure it's the right fit.

We are redefining what outpatient physical therapy can feel like, for clinicians and patients alike. Our therapists practice at the top of their license, serve as musculoskeletal primary care providers, and grow through clearly defined clinical and leadership pathways.

Peak, a Highbar Practice, is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. All applicants get-consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability status, or protected veteran status.
