Job description
Advocate Health in Wisconsin is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for outpatient rehabilitation. You will evaluate patients, develop a plan of care, implement treatments, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to achieve functional goals.
You will document care, manage discharge planning, and ensure proper coding and scheduling for billing. A Doctorate in Physical Therapy and state licensure are required; no prior experience is necessary.
