Job description
In It Together Physical Therapy in Valley Stream, NY, seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist for a full-time, onsite role in outpatient rehabilitation. You will assess patients, design and implement rehab plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve mobility and function.
