Job description
Cayuga Health seeks an Outpatient Physical Therapist to evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans, collaborating with the rehab team to ensure high-quality care. You will guide patients through therapeutic exercises, gait training, and modalities, while documenting progress and coordinating with physicians.
