Job description
Moving & Grooving Rehab Center in Middletown, NY is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. You will assess patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and guide mobility improvement and pain relief to enhance quality of life.
The role requires NY PT licensure, a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy (Master's/Doctorate preferred), at least two years in an outpatient setting, and strong communication.
