Job description
Advocate Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate patients, design and implement individualized care plans, and supervise rehab staff in a fast-paced clinical setting. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, an active state license, and BLS certification.
