Provides outpatient physical therapy evaluations and treatment, develops functional care plans, and documents patient progress. Collaborates with patients, physicians, and care teams while supporting quality improvement, staff education, and student clinical development. This role includes a flexible 40-hour schedule and one weekend per month in inpatient or outpatient care.
