Outpatient Physical Therapist - Lymphedema (CLT) Charleston SC Area PSLF + $3K Sign-On
We're partnering with a 100% nonprofit hospital system in the Charleston, SC area to hire a full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist with a specialty focus in Lymphedema therapy. This is a permanent, hospital-based outpatient role, ideal for a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) or experienced PT with strong lymphedema clinical background.

Specialty caseload : lymphedema therapy, oncology rehab, complex post-surgical cases, post-mastectomy, post-prostatectomy, and venous insufficiency
Multi-disciplinary team of experienced therapists to collaborate with
Flexible scheduling : 4x10s, 5x8s, or a customized 40-hour week
Compensation & Benefits: $3,000 sign-on bonus
PSLF eligible through nonprofit hospital employer
$500 annual CEU allowance
Paid MedBridge subscription

Ideal Candidate: DPT or MPT from an accredited program (not open to new grads for this role)
Prior outpatient PT experience required
Lymphedema certification (CLT) or strong clinical experience treating lymphedema patients
Comfortable with MLD (manual lymphatic drainage), compression therapy, and patient education
Servant leader mindset, passion for patient-centered care, team-oriented
