Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient Therapy Job in Manchester, New Hampshire

Job Requirements Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist license
BLS certification
At least 1 year of Physical Therapy experience preferred
Outpatient physical therapy experience strongly preferred
Vestibular therapy experience is a plus
Flexible, team-oriented approach to patient care
Professional casual attire
Responsibilities Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver hands-on physical therapy treatment in a one-on-one outpatient setting
Document patient care accurately in the EMR system
Collaborate with therapy and support staff to support excellent patient outcomes
Use routine outpatient rehabilitation equipment and treatment methods
Maintain a positive, adaptable, and patient-focused approach throughout the assignment
