Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8-hour shifts or 4x10-hour shifts to be finalized with the manager
Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,730-$1,860
Work Setting Highlights: Serve patients in a collaborative outpatient therapy environment on Martha's Vineyard with access to a scenic coastal community
Job Requirements Current Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain one
At least 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience required
Strong clinical skills in evaluating and treating a wide range of outpatient rehab patients
Ability to work a Monday-Friday schedule with flexibility for either 8-hour shifts or 4x10-hour shifts
Must have reliable transportation
Ability to meet onboarding and compliance requirements, including flu vaccination and standard health documentation
Professional communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care
Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide skilled outpatient physical therapy interventions to support recovery, mobility, and function
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans based on clinical response and goals
Document treatments, progress notes, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
Collaborate with the rehab team to deliver coordinated, high-quality patient care
Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and functional recovery strategies
Maintain a safe, organized, and supportive treatment environment
