nnnUp to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Eligible Applicants

nnShift: Monday-Thursday 10am-7pm and Friday 9am-6pm
n
nnLocation: 120 Cypress Edge Dr. Suite 101 Palm Coast, FL 32164

nnThe anticipated minimum pay rate for this position is $35/hour.
n
nnPerforms evaluations and re-evaluations using recommended techniques and standards.
n
nnOversees the care provided by physical therapist assistants and rehabilitation therapy aides, according to established regulations and practice standards.
n
nnParticipates in practice changes as a result of performance improvement activities and supports quality standards and initiatives set by the department.
n
nnSupports consumer marketing and public awareness through participation in community events, educational lectures/speaking,
n
nnDocuments and charges accurately, completely, and timely using measurable and objective terminology following standards of practice, insurance guidelines and department policy and procedures.
n
nnMonitors patient response and progress to treatment, modifying the treatment plan as appropriate.
n
nnOther duties as assigned.

nnEducation requirements for this position are determined by the licensing or certification standards set forth by the relevant certifying body. Applicants must possess the level of education mandated for eligibility to obtain and maintain the required license or certification.
