In this role, you’ll deliver evaluations and personalized treatment across a full continuum of care—all within one vibrant, on-site campus. You’ll have the unique opportunity to expand your clinical expertise while building lasting relationships with residents. nCompensation: $38.00/hour - $42.00/hour, based, final offer rate will be based on years of experience

n nWhat we require:

nnnMust possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license. Degree and training must meet current Medicare and state requirements.

n

nnAbility to document services accurately and on time

n

nnTherapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.
