Job description
Advocate Health in Illinois seeks a Doctorate-trained Physical Therapist for outpatient rehabilitation at AMG Lake Villa. This full-time role (40 hours per week) offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a focus on musculoskeletal, pelvic health, and lymphedema care.
You will evaluate referrals and build individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals. You will document progress, coordinate with physicians and care teams, and ensure compliance with billing, safety, and accreditation standards
