Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) - Sequoia Care

What We're Looking For:
A strong understanding of the needs of patients, employees, and the broader community.
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the practicing state.
Any additional certification or registry, as required.
