Outpatient Physical Therapist
With MLee Healthcare we have a great opportunity for an Outpatient Physical Therapist looking to join a dynamic team of professionals in Savannah, GA. Restoring patients function, alleviating pain, and prevents disabilities by planning and administering medically prescribed physical therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide quality care by assessing and interpreting evaluations and test results
Determine physical therapy treatment plans in consultation with physicians or by prescription
Help patient accomplish treatment plan by administering manual exercises, giving massages, and using equipment as necessary
Requirements:
DPT Required
Licensed as a Physical Therapist
BLS Certified
New Graduates Welcomed
