Job description
Access Physical Therapy & Wellness is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its outpatient rehabilitation team. Provide personalized, evidence-based care by evaluating patients, creating treatment plans, delivering therapeutic interventions, and tracking progress toward functional goals. Educate patients on recovery and collaborate with fellow clinicians to coordinate care.
