Job description
Advocate Health seeks a full-time Physical Therapist for Outpatient Rehabilitation in Libertyville, IL. You will evaluate patients, develop and adjust treatment plans, and coordinate with physicians to achieve optimal outcomes.
The role requires Doctorate in Physical Therapy and IL/WI licensure, with BLS certification within 90 days. Vestibular experience is preferred, and strong communication and organization skills are essential.
