Full Time and Part Time options available

Pay – Up to $45 per completed evaluation / $30 per completed follow up visit

Schedule Options:
Part Time (1-29 hours)
Full Time (30-40 hours)
Weekdays, weekends, mornings, and evenings available
Qualifications:
Active / pending Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee (or eligible)
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent)
