Job description
Mercy seeks an Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant to support evidence-based rehabilitation in a collaborative clinic setting. In this role, you will implement treatment plans designed by licensed physical therapists, guide patients through therapeutic exercises, and assist with mobility, balance, and strength training. You will document progress, prepare treatment areas, and educate patients and families on home programs. Working within Mercy’s culture of compassion and innovation, you’ll join a supportive team, access ongoing training, and help patients regain independence and quality of life.
