Job description
Auburn Memorial Medical Services, PC · Auburn Heart & Vascular Institute in Auburn, NY is seeking a Physician Assistant for outpatient clinical care. The PA works under a physician, conducts evaluations, develops treatment plans, and coordinates with the care team to provide patient-centered services.
Responsibilities include initial and follow-up assessments, ordering tests, education on diagnoses and medications, EMR documentation, health maintenance visits, and coordinating referrals.
