Job description
University of Utah Health in Farmington, UT, seeks a PMHNP to provide outpatient psychiatric care within the Huntsman Mental Health Institute Outpatient Clinic. You will diagnose, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and offer psychotherapy, in clinic or via remote care within your scope of practice and state law.
The role requires PMHNP-BC, valid state license, and RQI credential within 30 days of hire; two years of ambulatory mental health experience is preferred.
