Job description
Celestial Hope Rising Services is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations and medication management. The PMHNP will work with a multidisciplinary team, using in-office and telehealth modalities to serve clients with behavioral health needs.
Collaboration with counselors, staff, and other providers is essential to coordinate care and support caseload management.
