Job description
Shirley Ryan AbilityLab invites applications for an Advanced Practice Provider in our POTS Program in Chicago, IL. The APP delivers specialized care for outpatients with POTS, conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, prescribes therapies, and collaborates with the POTS physician for optimal outcomes.
The APP will participate in rounds, document findings, educate patients and families, and lead care coordination with nurses, therapists and other clinicians.
