nPrimary Care Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) Location: Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group - Olympia Fields, ILJob Type: Full-TimePrime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing Primary Care team . This is a rewarding opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a well-established outpatient setting.

nResponsibilities

nQualifications

n• Licensed and certified as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Illinois

n• Board-certified in Family Medicine, Adult-Gerontology, or related field

n• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care

nPrime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $115,000.00 to $130,000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
