Job description
Community Care Physicians, a large physician-owned multispecialty group in Latham, NY, seeks an Outpatient Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive primary and specialty care in a patient-centered, team-based environment. Responsibilities include evaluating and managing acute and chronic conditions, ordering and interpreting tests, prescribing medications, and delivering preventive and wellness care. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians and support staff, benefit from strong clinical resources, and have opportunities to grow across multiple practices and specialties serving New York’s Capital Region.
