Job description
Baystate Health is a not-for-profit, integrated healthcare system in western Massachusetts which consists of an academic medical center, three community hospitals and the region's largest multispecialty group. Our flagship hospital, Baystate Medical Center, is home to the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School-Baystate. We are seeking Internal Medicine physicians to join our Wilbraham Adult Medicine Practice!
Position Highlights
Enjoy 1:1 medical assistant support, nurse triage (days, nights and 1st call), onsite lab, behavioral health network integration, and direct access to our large multispecialty group.
State-of-the-art EMR and strong tech support.
Strong Advanced Practitioner & Physician collaboration.
Flexible schedule. Full time and part time work is available. Full time consists of 32 patient facing hours.

Baystate Health is a not-for-profit organization and eligible for the US Federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness program as well as the Massachusetts Loan Repayment Program in certain locations

Compensation
The compensation ranges below represent the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.
Salary Range: $210,000-$345,000
Qualifications
Candidates must be BC/BE by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
